A minimal graphic was developed based on a stalk of wheat, that when processed, produce flour for pastas and pastries. The logo echoes the diamond and crown motif found in the coat of arms for the town of Sorrento, Italy — where the family originates — in the form of a negative crown amongst the stalks of wheat. The result is a simple and clean logo that promotes great visibility with a subtle nod to the owners’ roots.
